We will accept returns for new, unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Used products of any kind cannot be returned.
Items with missing or damaged packaging, accessories, or parts cannot be returned.
The item must have been purchased from this store.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to:
- All motorized products (gas or electric-powered)
- All special orders returned or canceled after processing
Policy A Items: Defective items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
Policy B & C Items: Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis as decided by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Check the ACENET item details to determine whether an item falls under Policy A, B, or C.
Craftsman Hand Tools: We will return and replace all Craftsman hand tools, regardless of place or date of purchase, under their in-house lifetime warranty.
Policy A: Keep for 30 days, then destroy if defective. Must be processed as a defective return.
Policy B: Additional paperwork required. The vendor will decide whether to return or not.
Policy C: Additional paperwork required. Items must be sent back or have replacement parts sent out for repairs.
There are no refunds on deposits made on guns or ammunition.
Once colorant is mixed into paint, it is considered sold and cannot be returned. All sales of guns, whether special order or not, and all sales of ammunition are final and non-returnable.
